David & McKelle {San Francisco Engagement Session}

It’s not very often that I’m in a situation where I “second shoot” an engagement session, but when your good friend and fellow photographer comes up to shoot one in your neck of the woods, what better thing for two photographers to do than to shoot together!  That’s exactly what I did when Kristen Booth came up to San Francisco to photograph an engagement session, and since we were spending the weekend together, I shot along side her during her shoot.  We found some dreamy locations in the Marin Headlands and had such a great time!  Thanks for having me along Kristen, McKelle and David!

Seriously, though – more than once I couldn’t help thinking that the shoot was something straight out of a J. Crew editorial shoot.  And I didn’t mind that one bit! Cannot get over McKelle’s amazing eyes.  So stunning! I love this last shot.  Maybe it’s because you can barely see ‘super moon’ in the sky, or because the city of San Francisco can been seen through the fog… but mostly because of the two people, who are so in love, are in it.
