Chester the French Bulldog Puppy {Personal}

I realized I haven’t had the chance to share the new addition to my family… Exactly a month ago I brought home a snuggly yet playful French Bulldog puppy, lovingly known as Chester!  I have wanted a French Bulldog for at least 10 years now… and the past 2 or 3 years I knew I wanted to officially make it happen.  Well this spring when he was born I made the decision to make him my very own!

I’ve already done a few mini photoshoots with him, and let me just say… taking photos of kids is probably easier than puppies, at least in some instances!  It doesn’t help that every time I get down low & eye level with him, he likes to run over and see why I have a giant black contraption in my hands.  One of the days I took photos of my niece Avery (one of my very favorite models) with Chester and that was a lot of fun.  The two of them are almost like siblings.  They have a lot of fun together but they don’t always share toys very well.   Chester definitely thinks every toy of Avery’s belongs to him.

I can’t believe how much Chester has grown in the month that I had him.  In the first few photos he was about 9 weeks old and weighed just under 10lbs.  Now he is 3 months old and has to be close to 15lbs!  I sure do love the little guy though, he will always be my baby!
