If you are ever presented the opportunity to visit Yosemite, GO.
If it’s in the fall – prepare yourself for so much gorgeousness you might not be able to handle it.
Back in November I had the itch to visit Yosemite. One thing lead to another and because of family schedules and such, I found myself there with my dad and my 2 year old niece. Not my conventional traveling companions but we had a fantastic time. We stayed in this adorable cabin the two nights we were there, and it was just perfect.
We spent a whole Saturday driving around Yosemite with no bigger plans than just enjoying the scenery. And the scenery did not disappoint! Here are a few photos I snapped during the day. I’m already ready to go back! (Especially when the falls are not dried up!)
My dad and my niece enjoying the creek views!
Isn’t this chapel gorgeous! And in such a spectacular setting… I would love to photograph a wedding here someday!
Avie, thanks for being the best little 2 year old traveler! You might not remember seeing El Capitan or Half Dome with us, but we will always remember our visit with you!
That hat cracks me up. I love it.
