Hands down, my all time favorite TV Show is Downton Abbey. It’s so well done, and dare I say, addicting? I just love everything about it – the costumes, the amazing house, the fact that it’s set in early 20th century England… It has it all that’s for sure! When I had the opportunity to join in on a Downton Abbey inspired photoshoot I jumped at the chance. I, along with a group of about 2 dozen talented photographers all from the Northern California area, got together and had a heyday photographing this amazing shoot. It wouldn’t have happened without the fantastic vendors listed at the end of this post, as well as the other photographers who helped put everything together.
Our models Heather and Mychal definitely pulled off that aristocratic look that any Lord or Lady from Downton would have!
Thanks you two for being so gorgeous/handsome and such good sports!
Isn’t this car fabulous!?! Roots Reclaimed did a wonderful job styling a lovely reception setup.
If you know me, you know that the tea cups were probably one of my favorite parts of the shoot! 🙂 The florals, especially the bouquet, were just incredible! These last few images were some of my favorites from the day…
