When Angela asked me if I would photograph her & David’s wedding I couldn’t have been more excited. I’ve known Angela for a number of years now, and hearing the wonderful news that they were engaged made me so incredibly happy for the two of them.
I had so much fun with David & Angela for their engagement session, I just knew the wedding day was going to be amazing. David and Angela were married at their church, Grace Valley Christian Center. They both grew up going to Grace Valley and have known each other 20 years, I even saw a photo Angela shared that showed the two of them together when they were just kids. How cute is that! I can think of nothing sweeter than having that life long friendship turn into something more… And on a beautiful Saturday in July, David and Angela officially became husband and wife.
The day went off without a hitch. All the pretty dresses were accounted for, flowers were beautifully arranged, friends and family filled the church, and most importantly, we witnessed them make their vows during a Christ honoring wedding ceremony. Oh and the food was delicious – can’t forget that! To top it all off, after the newlyweds made their getaway I was able to take them for a few extra photos in an orchard and a quaint country town before they left for their honeymoon. You might say I was ONE happy photographer by the time the day was through 🙂 Now, on to the photos!
Angela’s dress was stunning. It fit her perfectly and had the prettiest movement to it. Nicely done, Angela!
Angela, you were an absolutely gorgeous bride…. I couldn’t stop taking photos of you!
David and Angela opted for a First Look and it really made the day flow so smoothly.
Plus it gave us a chance to capture these sweet photos… Loved their reactions!
Of course, a girl has to show off the shoes!
David, you clean up nicely, very handsome indeed!
Had to include a fun candid bridal party shot 🙂
The closer it got to cake time, the closer the little ringer bearer inched towards the cake table… so cute!
After they made their exit from their reception, we had some time devoted to getting some beautiful shots of the two of them. I highly recommend scheduling that extra time… I’m so glad we had the chance to capture these.
Congratulations David & Angela! I pray that God will richly bless your marriage!
Such a beautiful bride—what gorgeous pictures—really enjoyed seeing them—wish we could have been there for your special day!
loved everything about this wedding!
